SHIPPING POLICY

Kelly Felder usually delivers orders within 4–6 working days from the date the order is placed.

For orders containing multiple items with different delivery timelines, the longer delivery time will apply.

Orders will be delivered only to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the delivery address is complete, accurate, and accessible during normal delivery hours.

We aim to dispatch orders as early as possible. However, delivery times may vary depending on product availability, location, courier operations, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

For international orders, Kelly Felder is not responsible for import duties, customs charges, taxes, or any other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.
